The beauty of this Ishtar thing is that you guys haven't learned a thing. You introduced DDAs, DPS goes up because the base damage was already somewhat balanced but applying it is still difficult with drone mwd speed, tracking and the easy killin...

They don't technically have value but if the Gold Magnate hadn't been lost, it would likely be the most expensive ship in EVE. That's why it should stay dead, because otherwise it devalues what losing the Gold Magnate meant.
